1. Your complaint must be against a commissioned LVMPD officer. (We do not accept complaints against other law enforcement agencies or against non-commissioned personnel.)
2. The claim you are referencing must have taken place within the past year.
3. A person who submits a complaint is required to have been an eye or ear witness to the event. (Exceptions may be made for minors or those with guardianships.)

If your submission does not meet these requirements, your complaint will be denied.
